Budapest’s street-food revolution has come to District VIII. As you ascend the sleek escalators of Rákóczi tér M4 metro station, you’re within reach of one its pioneers, opened in January 2018: Paradicsom. Referring to both its key ingredient, the humble tomato, and idyllic nature of the venue, Paradicsom forms part of the Somewhereatthebottomoftheriver outlet, between an eSports bar and a design lamp workshop on Német Street.
