Hue Restaurant was voted Most Unique Chili at the 14th Annual WSME Rockabilly Chili Fundraiser this past weekend! Our Ho “Chili” Minh was based on a tradition Vietnamese stew called bo kho. It was made with beef, pork, onion, carrots and celery, and flavored with lemongrass, ginger, bay leaves and 5-spice.
