The legend states that in ancient times, the Vietnamese people had to defend themselves against fierce invaders from the North. The Jade Emperor saw the peril of the Vietnamese people and sent a Mother Dragon and her children to defend the country. The mighty dragons swooped down from the heavens and landed in the sea. They defeated the invaders by breathing fire and throwing enormous jade and emerald boulders into the sea, forming an indestructible protective wall. The invaders were unable to maneuver their ships away from the wall, and so were dashed against it and destroyed. Thanks to the dragons, peace and tranquility were restored to Vietnam. The dragons chose to transform into humans and remain in the mortal world in order to help build the growing country. To show their appreciation, the Vietnamese people named the bay "Ha Long Bay" in honor of the dragons. After thousands of years, the solid emerald wall became the multitude of verdant green islets that dot the

Expert travel idea for travel professional in Laos

by noreply@blogger.com (Vietnamese Private Tours) @ Vietnam Tourism Blog by VietnamesePrivateTours.Com

Though traveling to new destinations is a great experience, there might also be much stress. Thankfully, there are some simple steps you can take to ensure a smooth trip. The following tips can be very beneficial.

Don't exchange your cash in another country, use an ATM instead. Most of the time banks Laos tours and the like get much better exchange rates than you as an individual can get. As a result, you will save money and have more to spend on other things.

When going abroad, write down your important information. Know where your embassy or consulate is and how they can be reached should you need to get into contact with them. If you find yourself in trouble as you travel, this should be the first place to contact. They will be able to help you with any problems you may encounter.

Make a list of what you need to pack. You should make this list around a week to a couple months in advance so that you absolutely know what needs to be packed. This will keep you away from chaos no matter how late you pack.

Be careful, and remember any food allergies while visiting other countries. Learn the words for foods to which you are allergic in the native tongue of the country you are visiting, especially if your reactions are severe. This will allow you to communicate to others what foods you are trying to avoid.

When you are in an unfamiliar area, be on guard for criminals acting as officials such as law enforcement. Show officials your passport, but do not give it to them. If they insist on transporting you to an office, walk with them. Always use common sense and never accept a ride from a stranger.

There may be some bumps along the way, but you can't let those affect your trip. Remember the information learned here the next time you go traveling, and your vacation will be much more enjoyable. Plan your trip with confidence so that you have no stresses during the experience.

Vietnam tours for your next holiday destination

by noreply@blogger.com (Vietnamese Private Tours) @ Vietnam Tourism Blog by VietnamesePrivateTours.Com

You can learn much about the world and the people in it by traveling to new places. For many people, traveling is out of reach because of finances or time constraints. If you want to plan a great vacation without spending too much, give this article a try.

When selecting a destination for your travels, keep abrest of the recent news. Picking Vietnam tour packages that are in high levels of turmoil may not be the best idea. However, don't let over-anxious friends and relatives talk you out of a trip to a safe destination that has recently been the victim of some kind of attack.
Make arrangements for your pets while you will be away. Have a neighbor or friend come over to feed, walk and check in on them, at least once per day. They will feel more secure knowing that they will have fresh food and water and will be less stir crazy than if they were left alone for a long period of time.

Be flexible. If your travel dates can be tweaked by a day or two, try using the "flexible dates" feature of most online travel search engines. This allows you to search departure and return dates within a given range. By just changing your dates by a day or two, you may be able to score huge savings on airfare.
Be on the lookout for handy amenities whenever you have to spend time at an airport. While all modern airports have shops and restaurants, many also feature free services you can use to make your trip more relaxing. Take note of these opportunities in case you ever find yourself revisiting the airport. If you are a record-keeping kind of person, consider jotting down a few notes.

Sometimes the cleanliness of the linens in your hotel room is questionable. Rather than risk it, use your t-shirt as a pillowcase. After a long day of business meetings or sightseeing, turn your shirt inside out and use it over the hotel pillowcase. You can wash your shirt later, and it's infinitely more appealing than putting your face on suspicious linens.
When travelling, one important concern is keeping valuables and personal information safe. Before you depart, scan copies of your passport and other IDs and save them digitally somewhere, such as an email account. That way if any important documents disappear, you can access copies in emergency situations. To protect valuables, such as, money or credit cards, split them up between bags or people in the party. That way, if one bag gets stolen, not every valuable disappears with it.

If you are traveling in a car, take a bike with you. A bike will help you get exercise after a long day in the car, and it can also help you learn a little about the place that you are in. You will also be able to see more local landmarks than you would have in the car. Try to fit the bike in your trunk if possible.
You should always plan on spending money to get quality things when you travel. Cheaper is not always the way to go. This is especially true when you are considering lodging and food. You will likely have a better experience if you do not go cheap on every single thing.

You can usually use the internet to find flight schedules. A lot of websites will allow you to specify schedules and search by travel time. Some sites do exclude some of the low fare airline searches. Although you may find the information online, sometimes it can be hard to decipher with layovers and such.

Check the local news for the area you are planning to visit. Whether it is finding out about fun, local events, holidays which may impact local attractions, or serious political matters that may affect foreigners, it is always a good idea to be informed on what is currently going on in your destination city, area, and even country.
Travel with clothespins when you are planning to stay in a hotel. Many travelers find it difficult to close the hotel curtains completely, meaning that a little bit of light comes through and wakes them up in the morning. If you have a few clothespins with you, you can pin the curtains shut and wake up when you want to.
Do not put a sightseeing attraction into your travel plans without researching it a little. While the idea of such an attraction is straightforward - go to a landmark and look at it - in practice, many popular destinations will require entrance fees or advance reservations. Being prepared for such requirements will keep you from getting disappointed.

The well-prepared traveler is one who does his or her research. Great bargains, faster trips, and hassle-free travel are all waiting for you. All it takes to find them is a little self-education. Once you start learning how to travel wisely, you can get more enjoyment and satisfaction out of your trips.

Vietnam Travel Tips For A Successful Vacation Or Business Trip

by noreply@blogger.com (Vietnamese Private Tours) @ Vietnam Tourism Blog by VietnamesePrivateTours.Com

Traveling can be a major hassle if you are unprepared or haven't shopped around for the best deal. You could end up paying out the nose for your airline tickets when you could have gotten them for half the price. This article will give you some traveling pointers.
You can save space in your luggage by packing in large airtight bags, such as ziplocks. Find the gallon or 2 gallon size bags, pack t-shirts, socks, underwear and other lightweight fabric items in them, and then roll the air out of the bag before zipping shut. This will reduce the size of your items down and you will be able to fit more in your bag.
In areas that offer air conditioning as a "luxury extra" on buses or inside movie theatres, always carry a lightweight jacket or sweater. Instead of bringing the heat to a manageable level, the air conditioning in many of these locations can be overwhelming, especially if you are coming in and out of high temperatures.
Keep important things in your carry on bag. You definitely do not want to lose your passport, prescribed medications or any other necessities you can't afford to travel without. Make sure you put these things aside, either on your person or safely inside a bag that you can bring aboard the plane with you.
Space can sometimes be an issue when you are trying to pack too many clothes into your suitcase. Rolling your clothes up can sometimes decrease the amount of space you use. If you are concerned about your clothes getting wrinkled, roll them in vietnam tour packages as well. This will free up important space in your luggage.
Book your reservations and flights with the exact name shown on your government identification card. Although you may typically go by a nickname or middle name, for the purpose of ticketing, use your given name. Small name differences can be a huge headache when trying to get through security, especially abroad where it isn't obvious that Bill is short for William.
When you go on a trip, make sure to keep a detailed travel journal. Write down where you went, what you did, and how you felt about it. This will allow you to reference back to your previous experiences if you plan a new trip to the same destination. This way you can plan a trip including the best parts of your previous trips while also adding new experiences.
Do research on whether certain vaccinations are recommended or required prior to traveling to a foriegn country. This is as much to protect yourself as it is to obey the requirements of the country. You can check with your doctor, visit the website of the country you are visiting, or do a web search for the information.
Losing your rental car in large parking lots is no fun. Carry one of those fluorescent foam balls that fit over the tip of your antenna or maybe even a colorful ribbon to tie to the rear view mirror. They take up no room in your luggage and can sure make locating that car a whole lot easier when there are exactly 37 others that look just like it in the same row where you parked!
You can find cruise deals at a lot of agencies. The internet doesn't usually have deals, but it is a great place to get an idea of what is available and the type of cruise you would like to take. Cruise specialists can give you information about the cruise line and help you select the options on your cruise.
If you're planning on taking a cell phone with you on your trip, make sure to call your cell phone provider to ask them about roaming charges. The familiarity of your cell phone may make you feel better, but it may cost you a lot more to use it on foreign soil. A good alternative is buying a local SIM card and using it while you're there.
Avoid iced drinks if you are traveling in an area with questionable water. Most people are aware that they should stick to bottled water in certain countries, but they often forget that a getting a soda or tea with ice is just as bad. Request your beverages sans ice to avoid potential stomach discomfort.
When traveling by air, shipping your baggage ahead of you might be worth considering. Many airlines charge baggage fees of $25 or more per piece. Often, you will find that FEDEX and UPS offer less expensive rates for shipping your bags. The front desk at many hotels will hold your luggage if it arrives ahead of you.
Now that you've got some of the basics on traveling, tell your boss you are taking a vacation, get your plane ticket, boat ticket or whatever means you plan on taking and go!
Remember to always be safe whether traveling alone or not. Ask for directions and help if you need it. Most people will not bite. Above all,
have an amazing time and always stop to smell the roses.

Laos travel for everyone

by noreply@blogger.com (Vietnamese Private Tours) @ Vietnam Tourism Blog by VietnamesePrivateTours.Com

It really doesn't matter where or why you would like to go; all that matters is that you learn how to do it. To have a fun and exciting travel experience, you should use these pointers.

When you are in a Laos , get pocket money at an ATM rather than changing cash for local currency. Most of the time banks and the like get much better exchange rates than you as an individual can get. This will save you a lot of your money over time.

If traveling by air, it is important to think ahead of time. Airports are often located near large cities, and reaching them during peak traffic times of the day can take much longer then you might expect. Pack your suitcase the night before. Get your preparations ready before you fly. By being prepared, you will reduce the risk of missing your flight.

Create a packing list for your trip! Create this list either a few months to a week before your trip. Even last minute packing won't be as stressful, when you have a list to reference. It will also take the panic out of forgetting anything.

Be wary of people who tell you that they are police offers or government officials when you are traveling in a strange city. Do not give anyone your actual passport. If they are insistent about detaining you, ask to walk to the office. Do not get into a vehicle with strangers at home or abroad.

When traveling, bring only the essentials and keep your bags light. The less things you have with you, the less chance you will have of losing valuables or risking having them stolen. Limit how many shoes you bring since laos tours they sometimes take up a lot of space and weigh more than your other clothing items.

There are a lot of ways you can go when you are planning a vacation, without dealing with hassle. Keep this advice in mind as you make your list and start planning out your next trip!
