We will be doing two seatings this month.  Monday Sept 29th and then Tuesday Sept 30th.  Seats fill up very quickly so please RSVP as soon as possible.   Mon Sept 29th and Tue Sept 30th 2014 6 course Prix fixe Menu ($45) • Banh Bot Loc (Transparent shrimp and pork filled tapioca dumplings wrapped in banana leaf) • Goi Buoi Tom Thit (Shrimp and pork over a Pomelo and four herb salad) • Bun Rieu Cua (It was such a hit last month we are doing it one more time before crab and tomatoes are out of season! Locally sourced and handpicked blue crab in its own bouillabaisse with stewed tomatoes, aromatic herbs and thin rice noodles) • Rau Xao Thap Cam (Mixed vegetables wok sautéed with a vegan stir fry sauce) • Ga Roti (Our family favorite! 5 spiced honey braised chicken thigh served with Viet com ga) • Che Dau Trang (Black eye pea rice pudding topped with slightly sweet coconut cream) Because seating is limited credit card reservations are required and we have a strict cancellation policy: $20 Cancellation fee within the week of event $45 Cancellation fee day before, or day of event Cancellation fee is only charged if we cannot fill your seat To make reservations: Email: Management@sprigandsproutdc.com Call: 202-333-2569 and ask for Jen or Marc
